Support the maximization of sales through superior customer service and sales/operational support. As an Ambassador, you will greet our customers and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will also be responsible for directing customers to specific merchandise on the selling floor and providing general product information and service offerings.
As a Seasonal Store Ambassador you will be the first smiling face our customers see when they enter one of our stunning central London boutiques. It is your role to welcome and ensure the customer is able to find exactly what they are looking for. You will give advice on suitable gifts, directions within the store and most importantly ensure customers are served in a timely, orderly manner.
You will be a friendly, confident person and you will have the ability to instantly brighten someone’s day and make them feel special and welcome.
We are seeking applicants with exceptional customer service and strong communication skills. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple people is necessary. Successful candidates will be personable, dependable, flexible and responsible. This position requires that you are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
