You will effectively support the Manager and Assistant Managers in developing the Sales team in achieving their personal sales goals as well as the store sales plan, with a focus on client development.
The Tiffany & Co. Supervisor holds a critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each and every customer interaction. Each Tiffany Supervisor is an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador. His or her passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every Supervisor. The love of building their own business by developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan is first and foremost in the Tiffany Supervisor’s skill set. The Supervisor leads by example, supporting management to provide guidance and support to the Sales Professional team, ensuring they provide the Tiffany Experience to all customers.
Prior sales and supervisory experience in retail, luxury retail and/or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality). Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results. Highly organised and efficient with excellent administrative skills. Proven ability of working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
A University degree, graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work and language skills would be preferred.
