We are currently seeking a Manager, Watches Retail Activation - Europe.  The mission of this role will be to assist the Manager, Retail Activation in the execution of the Training strategy for Tiffany’s watch business across the European region leveraging consumer insights and market analysis. The Manager, Retail Activation Europe will be responsible for delivering watch sales and product training programs for Tiffany retail employees in 12 European countries (United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Russia.)


This position will be based in Europe.


The primary responsibilities of this position are:

  1. To deliver locally the global watch training strategies, namely to observe and coach client-facing employees to ensure the sales and service standards are consistently high and brand behaviors are demonstrated at all aspects of the client interaction. The ultimate goal is to support and create Tiffany brand ambassadors who are knowledgeable about Tiffany & Co. watches, have a strategic approach to selling and client development, and provide world-class service that result in maximum sales productivity, brand loyalty and market share growth.
  2. To support the implementation of the visual merchandising strategy for watches in the regional store network.
  3. To drive and monitor local incentive programs in coordination with the regional sales management.


The ideal candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with increasing job responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ideal candidate will have 1 years of watch visual merchandising experience and 3-5 years of watch training working for luxury watch brands (>4,000 chf).
  • Solid Technical product expertise (Watch History, functionalities, complications…).
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand the luxury brand industry and the trade marketing practices on the industry.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ready to travel regionally at least 50% of working time

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Entrepreneurial; self-starter with hands-on approach.
  • Ability to speak another European language is a plus (French, Italian or German)
