Be a part of our shopping landmark as a Supervisor at our Old Bond Street location. Represent our Tiffany brand and share your expert product knowledge with our customers. You will effectively support the Manager and Assistant Manager in developing the Sales Team in achieving their personal sales goals as well as the store sales plan, with a focus on client development.
The Supervisor plays an instrumental part in ensuring that the store achieves or exceeds the sales plan and profitability targets. You will effectively develop and support Sales Professionals in achieving their individual sales plans. They will have a strong focus on client development and providing a high level of customer service. The Supervisor will also play a role in the management of various administrative procedures.
Prior sales experience in retail and/or luxury retail or relevant customer related experience (i.e., hospitality). Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results. Highly organised and efficient with excellent administrative skills. Proven ability of working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) systems. A degree and Gemmology qualification is preferred.
