    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the following missions for your store:

     

    Oversee store merchandise and manage inventory
    • Procure merchandise, receive shipments and maintain accurate store inventory levels
    • Successfully manage all store transfers and ensure store is in compliance with company record retention guidelines
    • Process price and ticket changes

     

    Elevate the client experience at every opportunity to enhance the Tiffany brand
    • Partner with the retail teams in store to ensure superior customer service and fulfill customer requests
    • Partner with the sales team and other departments to fulfill merchandise requests quickly and accurately, providing appropriate assistance in sales processing and after sales service
    • Assist on the shop floor as needed

     

    Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service in store
    • Safeguard Tiffany property (i.e. proper merchandise care and handling) 
    • Provide operations controls and reasonable assurance regarding prevention or timely detection of unauthorized purchase, ensuring compliance and consistency as outlined in the company guidelines
    • Accountable for weekly and annual inventory results 

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, customer service, administration and shipping
    • Analytical skills preferred
    • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to work well with customers, peers and management
    • Ability to manage project works and to meet deadlines
    • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
    • Fluent English is needed
