    We are searching for a flexible, motivated, dynamic, energetic and inspiring team member to support our Marketing Team in the Munich Head Office with immediate effect.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordination of media activities for Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Denmark in partnership with Marketing Manager:
      • execution of country plans by facilitating plan across agencies & Regional Marketing and by maintaining creative schedules by country
      • briefing and coordination of local media agencies to deliver appropriate media plans
      • responsibility for production and artwork approval process
      • completion of marketing reports on media delivery & effectiveness
    • Execution of department store and business partner activities collaborating with local and regional CRM, Visual Merchandising and PR
    • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions, coordinating event logistics and day-to-day contact with external suppliers in partnership with local team
    • Review and edit translations for all marketing materials including website copy, media campaigns and collateral ensuring consistency and in line with Tiffany approved language, coordinating with external agencies and internal suppliers
    • Invoice processing & supporting with tracking the marketing budget for each market, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Finance
    • Creation and maintenance of marketing reports
    • Performing market research activities and competition monitoring

    Qualifications

    • Tertiary Qualification Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
    • Experience as Marketing Coordinator within the luxury Retail, Consumer, and/or Service industry advantageous.
    • Linguistic affinity
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills.
    • Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels.
    • Well-organised; detail oriented; strong initiative; calm demeanor (volume & timelines).
    • Ability to work independently, flexible and efficiently.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Drive for achievement, flexible & adaptable.
    • Proficient IT skills in MS Office.
    • Must have authorization to work in Germany.
    • Business proficiency in German and English, but more languages will be advantageous.
    • Some travel will be required.
