    We are searching for a flexible, motivated, dynamic, energetic and inspiring team member to support our Stores in our Head Office in Munich with immediate effect.


    Business Development


    • Champion and manage Client Development Strategy across market including reporting, coaching and driving performance in partnership with Retail Director and Area Managers
    • Partner closely with PR across annual Retail Events calendar including management of customer nominations, retail participation, supporting invitation process, budget tracking, ROI review and reporting
    • Partner with Marketing Director and PR on market gifting and Client Development asset requirements including Retail polling and management of retail education on integration of gifting assets
    • Partner with Learning and Development to provide Client Development training support across a range of audience and program needs, including Seasonal Training, Statement Selling and ad-hoc store requirements including Manager inductions
    • Support local market opportunities to develop a proactive and effective customer development strategy to drive new customer acquisition, lapsed customer re-engagement, and cultivation of Tiffany Register (TR) customers.
    • Partner with Marketing and Retail Director to drive CRM Programmes for German Cluster Retail, including data management, programme compliance and in-store training;
    • Measure and track performance against store and individual CD/CRM KPI’s; assist the management teams by identifying performance issues relative to expectations/targets and to close skill gaps through coaching/training



    • Market representative and advocate for Clienteling design, launch and usage including partnering with Central project team on design needs, education of Retail teams, training and support and integration into Retail Clienteling strategies and processes (i.e. Client Development, events)
    • Data Management - including collating and cleaning, including managing Merge and Household requests, and the Exceptions database:
    • Market representative on monthly global calls and CIM network group
    • Support ongoing training and coaching of Clienteling including new manager on-boarding and best practice usage
    • Partner with Area Managers to drive market data capture performance across all stores in line with annual KPI’s

    Retail Collateral


    • Manage production, budgeting and communication of locally produced items including wish list cards, CIC and collateral price lists
    • Provide market support for Digital CIC and partner with Central team on market needs and feedback
    • Work closely with US and local marketing teams to maintain stocks of collateral and request of new collateral and how it is stored and distributed from the DC.
    • Management of various collateral and gifting process including annual polling, quantity coordination, retail education and execution
    • Market representative for Ecard needs including review of creative, requesting bespoke designs and UAT testing



    • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer and service related experience (e.g., hospitality).
    • Experience in sales and service delivery and building performance against targets.
    • Previous experience with a client database/Proficiency with Engage system
    • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Point of Sales (POS) system.
    • The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Flexibility to work in a variety of locations and to travel if necessary.
    • Working proficiency in German (business) and English (Business)
    • Must have authorization to work and remain in the EU/German



    • Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting
    • Postgraduate qualification
